What We Collect

When you join Radius, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and your service interests (lawn care, cleaning, etc.). If you become a vendor, we also collect business information, license, insurance, and other supporting information where applicable.

How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Match you with neighborhood deals near your address
• Notify you when new deals go live in your area
• Process payment authorizations and capture payment if your neighborhood deal closes
• Review vendor applications and requested supporting information
• Improve the service and prevent fraud

Your Address

We use your address to check which deals are joinable near you. Your exact address is not shown to neighbors. Your address is shared with the vendor only after the neighborhood deal closes successfully and the vendor needs it to schedule and perform the service.

Vendor Access to Your Information

Before a deal closes successfully, vendors do not see your name, exact address, phone, or email. Vendors only see anonymized cluster status — joined count, approximate area, and tier progress. After a deal closes successfully, the vendor receives the contact details of customers who were charged so they can schedule and perform the service.

What We Don't Share

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share your email, phone, or address with marketers or any company outside the vendor performing your service. We don't show your exact address to other customers.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Email hello@jointheradius.com and we'll process your request within 30 days.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; Radius does not store full card numbers on its servers.
